Nimal is the Managing Director and the Engineering Consultant. He is a Chartered Engineer with International Professional Engineer (Int PE) status, with wide experience in Sri Lanka and overseas in electrical, mechanical, marine and energy related heavy industry. He also spent 27 years as an academic and a professional officer with two leading Australian Universities in engineering sustainability - emissions reductions, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and also as a UN Expert in Tertiary Engineering Education in the Pacific. Nimal advises and oversees the design and specification process of engineering works, holds National Design Accreditation in Solar PV Systems Design in Sri Lanka to SLS 1522 and in Australia to AS/NZS 5033. He oversees the Company’s corporate management, in establishing internal and external business engagement, company operating systems and processes, delivery quality and in industry networking. Nimal provides support in industry research of emerging commercialised solar PV and renewables technologies, commercialised products and assists in the overseas liaison with manufacturers, researchers and industry leaders. He is a Hon Life Fellow of IESL and a Fellow of IE, Australia.

Thusitha is our Director, Administrative and Management in the team with a 30-year industry experience. He has worked in telecommunications, hospitality and in social services as a manager. Thusitha has a wide variety of technical training and skills and supports the company in sales, banking, public relations and in corporate matters.

Ujith is a Director and a Senior Professional Electrical Engineer with 20-year experience in power electronics, media communications and in the overseas multinational telecommunications industry. He has expertise in network planning and in the design and specification process. He has hands on experience in standby and temporary power supplies, power distribution, power supplies for the telecommunications industry AC & DC, battery systems Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) and for national broadcast electronic media, mobile networks, transmitters and receivers.

Krishantha is a Director and an IT website, and sales & marketing specialist. He has a wide network of associates and business links. Krishantha assists the team in business development and in customer engagement and was also associated with the solar PV industry in Australia.

Morris is our Operations Manager and is the lead contact person in the Company, and has 40 years of experience in heavy engineering and in managing large workforces both in Sri Lanka and in the Middle East. His expertise is in solar installations, diesel generators, and in marine engineering services. Morris has acquired many related study and training qualifications at supervisory level with local and overseas employers over the period of his career. Morris has also had recent training with two solar PV inverter manufacturers overseas. Morris takes exceptional care in the customer liaison, quality of delivered work, in providing guarantees and warranties to customers in the products we install.

Darshana is our Electrical Engineer, holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics, a Masters in Renewable Energy and a NDT in Electrical. Darshana has served seven years as an Electrical Engineer with the Defence Forces 4 th. Engineer Regiment supporting numerous project works around Sri Lanka, five years in the Middle East in construction industry gaining valuable overseas exposure in leading teams to achieve high quality delivery of electrical installations to stringent international technical and quality standards.. Darshana leads the Company’s design process, equipment specification, product selections, customer liaison and sales, and in staff training and skill upgrading..

Chaturanga has recently joined as our Junior Electrical Engineer, holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Electrical and Electronics, and a Certificate in Industrial Mechatronics from CGTTI. He has been a regular winner and a front runner in national undergraduate robotics challenges in the Universities and is a hands-on person in mechatronics, electrical, electronics and in plant engineering. He has four years hands on experience in electrical/ electronics work as lead technician in three large industries. Chaturanga will take a key role in the support role to the Electrical Engineer and will also support the Company’s offerings in Off Grid, Solar Air Conditioning, Industrial Mechatronics, Digital/Analogue electronics, Control Systems..

Manoj is our Lead Electrician with 30-year industry experience in electromechanical devices, battery technology, generator and machinery electrotechnology in Sri Lanka and in the Middle East. Manoj has worked as the lead electrician in large established diesel-generator and power supply company workshops supporting the oil and gas industry.

Dhammika is our Electrician with AC and Solar DC battery air conditioning training and experience. Dhammika is a multiskilled tradesman in mechanical services, solar deep cycle battery technology, solar installation works, trouble shooting and fault detection and rectification. Dhammika leads our team in energy efficient fitting installations (LEDs, Ceiling Fans) and solar air condition installation and servicing.

Hemachandra is our lead Systems Installer of solar PV systems on roofs and the inverter systems. He has 30-year industry experience in Sri Lanka and in the Middle East is an expert in assembly, manufacturing and commissioning Detroit, Perkins diesels and in associated generation equipment. He was a Lead Technician supporting Oil and Gas Industry in the Middle East and is trained in Fire Fighting, First Aid, Confined Space Entry and in Defensive Driving.

Ranjith is a Senior Management Accountant and is the Owner and Director of well-established health care facility in London. Ranjith is a Chartered Member of the Cost and Management Accountants. Ranjith provides us the corporate support, investment advice, business strategy and corporate financial planning.

Nimal S is a senior air conditioning technologist providing us expertise and support, He has 40 years of experience in building services central and distributed air conditioning systems of all varieties – primary and secondary systems, packaged and split systems, air cooled and water cooled. His input has been invaluable in our Direct Current solar air conditioning ventures.
