Nimal is the Managing Director and the Engineering Consultant. He is a Chartered Engineer with International Professional Engineer (Int PE) status, with wide experience in Sri Lanka and overseas in electrical, mechanical, marine and energy related heavy industry. He also spent 27 years as an academic and a professional officer with two leading Australian Universities in engineering sustainability – emissions reductions, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and also as a UN Expert in Tertiary Engineering Education in the Pacific. Nimal advises and oversees the design and specification process of engineering works, holds National Design Accreditation in Solar PV Systems Design in Sri Lanka to SLS 1522 and in Australia to AS/NZS 5033. He oversees the Company’s corporate management, in establishing internal and external business engagement, company operating systems and processes, delivery quality and in industry networking. Nimal provides support in industry research of emerging commercialised solar PV and renewables technologies, commercialised products and assists in the overseas liaison with manufacturers, researchers and industry leaders. He is a Hon Life Fellow of IESL and a Fellow of IE, Australia.

Ujith is a Director and a Senior Professional Electrical Engineer with 20-year experience in power electronics, media communications and in the overseas multinational telecommunications industry. He has expertise in network planning and in the design and specification process. He has hands on experience in standby and temporary power supplies, power distribution, power supplies for the telecommunications industry AC & DC, battery systems Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) and for national broadcast electronic media, mobile networks, transmitters and receivers.

Krishantha is a Director and an IT website, and sales & marketing specialist. He has a wide network of associates and business links. Krishantha assists the team in business development and in customer engagement and was also associated with the solar PV industry in Australia.

Morris is our Operations Manager and is the lead contact person in the Company, and has 40 years of experience in heavy engineering and in managing large workforces both in Sri Lanka and in the Middle East. His expertise is in solar installations, diesel generators, and in marine engineering services. Morris has acquired many related study and training qualifications at supervisory level with local and overseas employers over the period of his career. Morris has also had recent training with two solar PV inverter manufacturers overseas. Morris takes exceptional care in the customer liaison, quality of delivered work, in providing guarantees and warranties to customers in the products we install.

Dhammika is our Electrician with AC and Solar DC battery air conditioning training and experience. Dhammika is a multiskilled tradesman in mechanical services, solar deep cycle battery technology, solar installation works, trouble shooting and fault detection and rectification. Dhammika leads our team in energy efficient fitting installations (LEDs, Ceiling Fans) and solar air condition installation and servicing.
